Refugee Council USA (RCUSA) promotes efforts to protect and welcome refugees, asylum-seekers, and other forcibly displaced populations. The diverse coalition advocates for just and humane laws and policies, and collaboration among government, civil society, and those who need protection and welcome.
We partnered with RCUSA to refresh their brand and build a compelling and action-oriented website.
Website Design
Sharing local advocacy and volunteer opportunities
The RCUSA website educates users on the resettlement process and shares opportunities to help refugees. It’s an advocacy-oriented website that allows users to search for local volunteer and advocacy opportunities by entering their zip code and filtering opportunities by state, so they can quickly and easily take action. The design includes warm photography to showcase the benefits of welcoming individuals and grassroots-feeling typography inspired by handwritten signs and posters.
