We were honored to design Girls Inc. of Alameda County’s first-ever annual report. As a growing organization, they not only needed to recap their year through photos, stories and statistics, but they needed to introduce potential donors and partners to their work. The book we designed was part annual report and part marketing piece to engage both existing and potential donors.
Girls Inc. of Alameda County connects girls from underserved neighborhoods with access to the resources and opportunities they need to navigate gender, economic, and racial barriers, and realize their potential. Housed in the beautiful Simpson Center in downtown Oakland, Girls Inc. of Alameda County provides innovative programs for girls in elementary, middle, and high school, and is relentless in its commitment to inspire girls to be strong, smart and bold. Girls Inc. has impacted the lives of 10,568 girls through programs, services, training, and outreach.
We have previewed the annual report to our board and select major donors and it has been met with rave reviews! We cannot wait until we get the mailing out and the website goes live! When I received this final version of the Annual Report I just sat quietly with it speechless for a moment. It is gorgeous, an incredibly moving story of our work over the past year. To our partnership!
